The image uploaded for a few of our requests seems faulty. We have some images in our inbox that cannot be clicked on/ acesssed - the links just routes us to the main inbox page. The id's for each submission this happened with are bellow:

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form's submissions and it seems in the "Drag and Drop Upload" widget, the uploaded file names are captured correctly but not the download URL.
It seems some of the files were not uploaded correctly but let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

We've updated the widget with a fix that prevents that from happening again.
This was caused by failed uploads on the backend which the widget did not pick up on, and still supplied a clickable URL as a submission.
The files in question never completed the upload session.
If it is possible, kindly the form users from those submissions to re-submit their files.
We sincerely apologize for this grave inconvenience.
