    Problemas de envio

    Buenas Tardes llevo comprobando 1 mes atras que tengo problemas con el formulario.

     

    Si relleno dos formularios no siempre llegan los mails al destino.

     

    Podriais informarme cual puede ser el problema

    Hello javibcn,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and the submission emails should be sent without any problem. 

    It seems you have several conditional email in your form but I did check our email logs for few email addresses and found the submission emails are being sent successfully but there are instances where email are getting failed. Please check the logs below:

    It seems the email alerts which is configured to send submission email through custom sender email are getting failed.

    I would suggest you to edit your email alerts and configure the "Sender email" as "noreply@jotform.com". That should most likely solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to change the sender email of your email alert:

    Hope this helps.
