Do you mean that JotForm builder is not currently stable on your end? I have not found similar reports from other users, and everything is smooth on my side.
I have tried to do a quick test, and I was able to add some products to the cloned version of your form.
Can you try to add products one by one (save and check the form after each product)?

I have now made a new purchase order form from scratch..
The good thing is that it's getting better each time ;)
