Once the user submitted the form, it will go first to our servers, then a notification will be sent to your email address.
You can manually delete all submissions or you can use the Auto-Delete submissions app. This app deletes new form submissions instantly as soon as they are received.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

Thank you for your help. The notification that I can receive to my email, is that purely a notification, or does it also display the form/answers that the user has submitted?

The notification email can be customize on how you want it. But to answer your question, the default setting is it will show the questions and the answers. Here's an example:

I need to create a separate threads for your other questions.
Regarding what you mentioned about being able to customise how the notification of submission is sent to my email, how can I do this? Can it be sent to my email as a pdf?
http://www.jotform.com/answers/766853Also, regarding the Auto-delete submissions app, do i still get my email notification automatically? And can I still access the pdf (if there is no way to customise the notification as the pdf itself)
http://www.jotform.com/answers/766864And finally, considering your offices and therefore servers are in the US, does that affect when/how quickly submissions are deleted? (I am based in the UK)
