Is it possible to capture data from multiple submissions?

We run 4 tennis camps over the course of a year.  For each some of the skills are similar from camp to camp, some are new.  We evaluate the players at the end of each camp and would like to be able to have the previous camp's evaluation on the next camp's evaluation to show progress. Is this possible in Jotform?

Also, throughout the country will may have 17 different accounts that will need to use the same evaluation forms.  Can we duplicate a form and import it into different accounts?

    Thank you,

On regards of cloning forms, yes this is possible, please check this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

You will basically grab the form's direct link:

And paste it in the "Enter the URL" box:

Note: If you have set a restriction on your settings to avoid your forms from being cloned in another account, you need to disable it:
