We have been sent an email instructing us that our jot form is nearly full. We wish to upgrade but cannot seem to sign in.

    Can you help us. We have entered the email address info@speedsim.co.uk but nothing happens when we try to request a new password.

    I cant find a JotForm account under that email address.

    Can you link us to one of your forms and we will see if we can track down the account that way?
