this was working fine but it stopped.

Please try first doing the re-integration process.
#1 Remove the existing Google Spreadsheet integration on the form
#2 Save the form
#3 Add back the integration by following the steps on the user guide:
#4 Save the form.
#5 Check on your Google docs account. The existing submission data should be transferred again to the Google Spreadsheet.
New incoming submissions should resume adding again to the Google spreadsheet.

cannot have any downtime.
