my form is not posting the submissions to my google spreadsheet any longer? can you help me fix this??

this was working fine but it stopped.

Please try first doing the re-integration process. 

Steps:

#1 Remove the existing Google Spreadsheet integration on the form

#2 Save the form

#3 Add back the integration by following the steps on the user guide:

How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

#4 Save the form.

#5 Check on your Google docs account. The existing submission data should be transferred again to the Google Spreadsheet.

New incoming submissions should resume adding again to the Google spreadsheet.

thanks. that worked. does this disconnection happen frequently?? or is it
caused by something we can prevent? this form is used on our website and
cannot have any downtime.
