Asked by Christoph on December 15, 2015 at 05:30 AM

I gave this URL in the field: https://app.agendize.com/web/frm/15528920?id=15528920

    But nothing happened.

    What can I do?

    Hi Cristoph,

My assumption is that that site does not want the form in question to be cloned because when I attempted to clone it, this was the result:

That's actually a clone of the form at http://www.agendize.com/inserter/error.jsp?null which is the page to which you're redirected when the URL minus the query string (https://app.agendize.com/web/frm/15528920) is entered in the browser address bar. So, perhaps it would be best to just build it from scratch using the JotForm form builder. All of the field types in the form (Full Name, Text Box, Scale Rating, Text Area, Radio Buttons and Text) are readily available in the menu on the left of the builder:

As a matter of fact, with all the widgets and themes we have, I'll bet you'll be able to create a better form than the one you want to import!

Do inform us if you need help creating the form.

    Cheers
