How to Allow Multiple Uploads and Show Their Details to the Users?Asked by puntotecnologico on December 15, 2015 at 07:29 AM
Hi, I would like to know if it exists a component to uoload photos with a counter of number of uploded photos in real time. This value must be shown in a text box on the form.
With one "Upload File" field you can handle to upload more than one file and also, if uploaded ones are not necessary, user can delete it. All you need to set enable "Allow Multiple" and make sure that "Max File Size" allows enough space for that much file.
To add that feature to "Upload File",
Enable the "Allow Multiple" option.
After that, don't forget to set your "Max File Size".
As a result of these steps, user can upload as many file as it wants and those files can be deleted.
If you need to know extra information, please let us know.
Hi, I can insert this component. I would like that the number of uploaded files is shown in another field of the form.
As it is mentioned above, the uploaded files' detail can only be found under that "Upload" field. In addition to that, you can use the "Kloudless File Uploader" widget to list the number of uploaded files right after the upload operation.
Please, see it from the below:
I hope this one will work for you. For further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
I need to read this number for further elaboration, so this number must be write in a new control of the form es. text box
As I'm trying to explain, it is not possible. You can't monitor the number of uploaded files on another field. The only option to get the information about those files is shown like the mentioned above.
To sum up, the user able to see the number of uploaded files and the details about those files right under the "Upload" field or widget.
