I checked this and they don't seem to accept HTML codes using the regular HTML editor. In the advanced settings, they accept custom HTML, but you have to be on the paid plan in order to do this. Can you check this section?

Hi Welvin. Thank you for your help. Very nice of you - and I mean that. Thanks. Yes I am on the paid plan. To be honest Welvin I know nothing about code or HTML not even the smallest amount. I did the copy and paste but nothing happened. I also have not used Jotform for about a year since I lost my original iWEB site. So I forget how to get the code. I looked on Jotform and it has code for 'SHOPIFY' which is the brother to 'BIGCARTEL' but it did not have a big cartel option to get the code? Please help me. I am a small independent designer :-) Chris My email is info@christopherhanlon.com

Hi Welvin. Thanks again buddy. I did it. It is working. But the font is changing style, size and alignment. I would be happy for the font to all be in ARIEL. Is ARIEL the most common computer font? I want the most common basic font?? Also if it would all range left and all the fonts to be one size? Is this possible??? I can give you access to my page if it helps. I need to get this website finished. I have not had a proper website for a year because I could not find an easy system to use - until now. Thank you Chris Hanlon :-)

Hello Chris,
Have you set the font of your form to ariel already and same is not appearing in embedded form? Can you please share the webpage URL where you have embedded your form? Please check the following guide on how to use form designer to change fonts of your form: http://www.jotform.com/form-designer/tuts/episode2/
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!
