Why can I not see the theme for my survey in Google Chrome?

    I have created my survey and I am not able to see the theme for it.

    It looks like that theme is already applied to your form.

    Would you happen to know why I can not see it on google chrome? I have seen it working on mozilla firefox, but not working on chrome.

    I have checked with Chrome on Windows and Mac and it does work here.

    If you use any Chrome extensions, try disabling them to see if there are any differences.

    Also, check a Chrome Developer Console to see if there are any errors related to the form.

    Alright, When I go to the console for it, I only get this error

     

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'appendChild' of null

    Can you please also check a Network tab? Is there are any files in red (not loaded)?

    How about in Incognito Mode in Chrome? Please try it. The form is working well on my end:

    If it works in incognito, then try clearing your forms cache (https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache) then view the form again in regular window.

    Let us know if that helps.

    I can not go into incognito mode, due to school computer issues. I have cleared the cache and it still does not show up. It may be a fluke with my internet, It works on others in the area's computer. It also works on mozilla firefox. I should be fine for now. If I run into any more issues involving other computers.
