How do I change the username of my account?

    How do we go about changing the registered account to a different username as well.  We don't want an individual's username as the owner of the account.

    I understand that you want to change the username of your JotForm account. Please provide us with 3 choices of the usernames that you want to change. We'll change the username of your account based on the availability.

    Please be noted that if any custom URLs being used for your JotForms, they'll need to be updated with the changed username.

    As per your request, we have changed your account username to KnoxAdmin. You may now logout and login with your new username.
