    Hi,

May I know for the package you offer in https://www.jotform.com/pricing

    1. You stated for Starter, 100 submissions are available, and for Bronze, 1000 submissions are available.  Does it mean I have a limited amount of submission in one year, based on different package?

    2. Besides, there is also different number of Sub-user Account.  What does it mean?

    3. Is there any limitation to number of online payment transaction for each package?

    Thank you!

I would like to say first that we can only assist with one issue / question per thread, so I have moved your other 2 questions to new threads.

    These are the threads:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/725827 - For Sub-User Accounts

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/725829 - For payment submissions.

We will be answering both shortly.

Now in regards to the number of submissions per package.

On our pricing page you will see different numbers, like: 100 for free plan, 1.000 for Bronze, 10.000 for Silver plan and 100.000 for Gold plan.

Now these are monthly limits. What this means is that even if you subscribe to a yearly plan, each month you will have the amount of submissions available as shown above.

Each 1st of the month is also the reset day when all of the counters go back to 0, so that you can again use up to the same number as allowed by your plan.

Do let us know if you have any additional questions in regards to this and we would be happy to answer them and as mentioned, we will be answering your other questions shortly.
