Can уou show me how to fix the filled information. For example my client filled the form, after that he decided to step ago but everything that he has filled -disappeared.

Had the client already submitted the form?
If the submissions had already been made kindly go to the submissions section of the form.
Select the submission you want to correct and click on the edit button, this will load the form field and you can amend the data then click submit.
Additional you can also enable form history so that a copy of the form data is temporarily save on the user's browser.
