Sub-user account means that you are able to show your forms or submissions - or both to some other account.

This allows you to share the same info that you have with others in your company or team and allow them to get the info that they need, without giving them the access to your own account (billing records and similar).

This allows you also to give the permissions to right forms to right people without them being able to access some that you might not want to share with anyone.

The same goes with the submissions - where you can limit the access to them for some and give them access to submissions on other forms.

You can see more about this here: How to Share Forms with a Sub-Account User

Of course, if you have any additional questions about this, just let us know about it here :)
