Is there any way I can track the submissions of my form?

Apparently, there has been some submissions deleted and they were not deleted by our staff members. But they seemed to disappear. Is there any way we can track back movements like, if there were submissions deleted by a user or  in a specific date. 
This is very important for us cause is our only way back to our customers. 

Please, help. 

There is an account history, but deletion of submissions isn't getting log there. I think your email history will help:
