Disputes on Digital Goods

I sometimes get unathurized transaction disputes (people stealing), and I lose every time, because I have a hard time verifying to the bank that the card was indeed used by the card holder. Is there anything I can add to my forms to help me in this verification process? So that maybe I can start winning some of these credit card disputes? 

You should enable IPN in your Paypal Pro payment form.

This way you will get instant notification and will see the Transaction ID# as well. This info data will be useful in your settling disputes.
