    Not getting email notifications

    Notifications to other notifiers, are not going through. Any help will be appericated

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have checked the email log for the three email accounts you are using in your form : 




    And I can see all emails are being sent, only for the second email address there are two emails that were not sent, but the most recent ones were sent, so I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to prevent bouncing issues : http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

    And if the issues persists, you can ask your email provider in order to add our IP Addresses to the whitelist, you will find our IP Address on this link : http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses 

    Please, ask the email recipients to search the email in their Junk and Spam folders, emails should be there.
