I've got a formula that charges more for homes as they get older. When I get to 2011 or newer, its not calculating correctly.  It should be 0 but returns 150, the same for extremely older homes.  Not sure why.  Can you help?

    Hi,

I have checked your form and I can see you have some conditions that are not working, I would suggest you to delete them or disable in order to avoid issues :

Also , I could fin the condition that is adding the value to your field, disable it and try to fill the field with the 2011 year, I would suggest you to change it in order to not affect another conditions.

Please, let us know if it works.

I actually deleted the line of code that produces $150 and I still get a $50 result.  It there a time delay between saving and viewing?

It seems that you were able to resolve this issue. I have tested your form and when I entered 2011 in Year Built field I got a $0 result in Age Cost field.

Yes, sometimes there is a delay between saving and viewing. In that case you can reload your form of log out and log back in to your account.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Still happening...this was taken just a few minutes ago.  I do see yours returned a $0.  This is in google.  I'll have to try IE

I have tested form you provided http://www.jotform.us/form/53127112452141, one more time and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue.

However from screenshot you provided, I think that you are working on your other form http://www.jotform.us/form/53564138647160, on which I was able to replicate mentioned issue.

To fix this you need to follow steps provided by my colleague Kevin_G and disable or delete conditions for fields that are deleted form your form and to delete or disable condition 84, which is passing value 150 to your Age Cost field.

I have cloned your form http://www.jotform.us/form/53564138647160 and disabled mentioned conditions on my cloned form. Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/53580777124965

    Feel free to clone it.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
