Customers complaining that the form will not allow them to submit, stating that an error message pops up telling them they are not allowed to submit more than one form from this computer.
This issue has come up at least 3 times in the past couple of months and I have no way to figure out what's going on or how to go about correcting it. I've told my customers to clear their web browser cache and that didn't work either. This issue has happened with Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers.
Is there a setting I am missing or is there something more sinister involved :)

Hi,
I checked your form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50248554379968 and I noticed that the Unique Submission setting is set to Loose Check. The Unique Submission setting is used to prevent users from making multiple submissions. Please try to set this to No Check.
For more information, you can check this article: How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
