Some Fields' Values are Absent on Notification Email

    Hi 

    I'm trying to make it so that when the notification email comes through that the fields left blank are not on the email. I've had a look on the forums and have done as suggested there and still no result. 

     

    Also,

    my form when in the builder is all in neat rows however when viewed on the website I'm posting it on they are all out of whack. Any suggestions?

    The blank value problem on "Notification" email might cause from the required issue. If you don't set your fields required, some of the value could come with empty values.

    Hello ecgconstructions,

    I'm trying to make it so that when the notification email comes through that the fields left blank are not on the email.

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and the data table is locked. You have also enabled the Hide Empty Fields on Emails preferences correctly.

    I did test your form by sending a test submission and the submission email did not include the questions which I did not answer. Please check the screenshot below of my form submission:

    It seems to the hide empty field setting of your form is working as expected. It does display several "Lengths" field in the email which I did not answer but the reason why it is being displayed is because you have set the "Default Value" of these fields. Once you set the default value, the field is not empty any more.

    If you need these fields also not to be displayed, you will have to edit your form and remove the default values. Please check the screenshot below:
