    Misunderstanding About File Target

    Hi,

I've met with JotForm yesterday and signed up. It's very useful for the website I'm designing for my client. But there is something not clear for me. I've built my File Upload form and linked it with my Drop Box account. But it says Basic Usage is free but limitied with 100mb. So where is the exact target file? I mean when people upload some photos using my JotForm, files will be saved in my Drop Box account or do I have a seperate space in my JotForm account (which is 100mb)?

Could you please make it clear for me?

    Thanks,

    Emre

    Thank you for contacting us.

We do store each submission with associated files on our servers. It means that even when you enable a Dropbox integration, the files will be still uploaded to your JotForm account (and also to your Dropbox). You can clear JotForm upload space by removing submission entries with files.

Note, that there is no way to directly upload files to your Dropbox bypassing our servers.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
