    Submissions are blank when viewing with a Sub-Account

    Hi

    I have created a sub user: ikanaan and shared a form with it but when we logged on ikanaan, the submissions are blank. All I can see is the IP number and the date of submission

    How to be able to see everything?

    As I check your account and the sub-account, I notice that the sub-account is moved to EU server. Hence the sub-account user would be logging into a different domain and server which is resulting not to display your form submissions. It is required to be on the same servers for both the accounts in order to share the forms and submissions. If you are also located in EU region, you may move your data to EU servers or you may ask your sub-account user to un-check the option to use EU server from Account settings.
