I have a form that is saying I am over quota and it was working just fine now I can't find it in my account in I can't get access to fix the quota help

I checked the mentioned jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/53335730937156 and I found that it is still under a Guest account only.
Guest account is very limited. This was the reason the form reached Over Quota immediately with few submissions.
I did a bit of tracing and I was able to determine that you have already a registered account/username AmandaLawson
So I have now moved/transferred the form to your AmandaLawson account. I suggest you login to the account at http://www.jotform.com/login to see the updates.
