     from my account "lizzyd308" to user "glchospitality"

    We are always happy to assist with this, but the request must come from the account holding the form, not from the account that should get the form.

    In this case you should make a request from within lizzyd308 account.

    If you wish, you can also transfer your form manually as described here: How to Transfer or Share Forms and Data with Another Account

    Since this is a public thread, you can log into your own account and just come back to this thread and post a comment confirming the transfer and we would be able to do the same.

    I still need the form submission emails to go to the new account owner as well. I am still getting them. Can you please update
