    May I change the email address to where my form mail goes?

    I am not getting my form mail in my mailbox that I provided for your form mail.

    I have checked our email log and all submissions were sent successfully.

    You can also check the email logs for yourself on this link:


    Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

    To avoid it happening in future I would suggest checking this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    Also I have checked your form and your notification is conditional.

    Your users will need to enter your email address in email address field in order that notifications are sent. So if they enter their own email address you will not receive email Notification. I would suggest you to delete that condition.

    If you want to change email address to which email notification is sent, then you need to change recipient email inside of your Notification settings.
