Using the File Upload widget, is there a way to add a description to the file that was uploaded?

For example, below I have the File Upload widget set for a limit of 12 photos to be uploaded.  I would like the ability (if possible) to describe each photo.  Is that possible?

To my understanding, you have a File Upload field on your form. The File Upload field allows multiple uploads and submitters of your form is allowed to upload up to 12 photos/images, however, you would like to have each photo described so your submitters would know which photo is to upload, is that correct? I would like to apologize, but there is no option for that. I would suggest you try to add multiple single upload field instead so you can indicate the description on the File Upload label.

The disadvantage would be, you will have a long list of fields on your form and the user would have to click each of the fields to upload one photo per field only.

Actually, I need the ability for the submitter to describe the photo they are uploading.   Sorry for the confusion.  Do I maybe need to add multiple upload buttons with a text box for each?  Thanks!

Thank you so much for the update. Yes, that would be possible. They will use a File Upload field(single) followed by a text box field where they will describe the photo that they have uploaded. You can also instruct them to describe the photo on the file name of the image they are uploading if you require them to describe each photo with just a few words. Another option that you can do is use the File Upload that allows multiple uploads and then below it is a Text Area field where they will describe each photo they have uploaded.
