    Not receiving the reset email.

    I see the email address support@ellenwoodvillagepc.com was in our bounce list, I have white-listed it. Please check your spam folders and  try to white-list our domain names, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:

    ·        secure.jotform.co

    ·        s3.amazonaws.com

    Then try to reset your password again,  so  you can receive the instructions. Let us know if you need more help.
