received an email today regarding a limit and about disabling my account tomorrow at 12 EST.

    We do not have support over the phone. Your free account has gone over the limit on it's upload space. The limit is 100MB, you could upgrade  your account: http://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account, or you could free up space by deleting submission that contain uploaded files.

    To delete submissions, you need to go to submission view: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

    Before you delete them, make sure to have downloaded them: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    Ok I think I have downloaded all, and have cleared the queue. So, I
