Embedded form does not line up properly

Here is the form that I am trying to embed in the other form (referenced below): http://www.jotform.com//?formID=53493806938974

When I preview the primary form, the embedded form portion does not line up with the rest of my form (which is all left-aligned).

I've attached a screenshot showing the problem. You see how the majority of the form fields are on the far left, and the olive green portion (the embedded form) is bumped to the right, out of alignment with the rest.

I cloned your form and I was able to solve your issue, you just need to change the width of the Widget wizard, to do it open the wizard and change the width to 350 :
