je n'arrive pas à afficher mes formulaires dans mes sites

J'ai réinitialisé mon mot de passe comme vous me l'avez dit pour débloquer mon compte mais je n'arrive pas à afficher mes formulaires dans mes sites (j'en ai plusieurs avec des formulaires)
