I created my first form and it is live online, however, I do not see it in the "My forms" area so cannot edit it. Did I miss something?
If so, is there a way to recover the form so I can edit it without having to create another one?
Also, when viewed in Firefox my contact info to the right of the logo is corrupted but it shows perfectly in Internet Explorer, is there a way to prevent this issue?
