My logo is not showing correct in Firefox

Also, when viewed in Firefox my contact info to the right of the logo is corrupted but it shows perfectly in Internet Explorer, is there a way to prevent this issue?

You are using our Header field. If you want to control the alignment of the texts, you may consider using our Text Field. I've made this changes in the form. Kindly check.
