Conditional fields are not working

Hi, I have a problem with conditional fields on my form.  It worked this morning but the afternoon when I checked it, the hidden fields appear on the form.

I've checked your JotForm now and the conditions set on the form seems to be working fine at my end. Were you able to fix it? If you still experience the issue, could you let us know how to replicate the issue or with which fields you are experiencing the issue. This would help us to investigate the issue further and guide you in the right direction.
