    Hello JulieLabrosse,

    Once you add image in your form, you will have to inject custom css code to place the image in desired position.

    Please let us know which image you want to add in your form and align it to left. We will surely help you.

    We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Could you please let us know as to where in your form exactly you want to place it?

    Is this how you would like it to be: https://form.jotform.com/53515059122954? You can clone my form to see how it is setup.

    Here's the custom CSS code that I used:

    /** position the image at the top left corner */

    #id_12 {

        position: absolute;

        top: 0px;

        left: -400px;

    }

    /* change the width of the form based from the width of the page*/

    .form-all {

        width: 80% !important;

    }

    /* position the spacing of the image*/

    ul.form-section.page-section {

        margin-left: 30% !important;

    }

    I pasted it under the CSS tab in my Form Designer Tool

    You can adjust the values in  the custom CSS code to your own preference.

    Let us know if that works.
