May we know what kind of table you would like to insert? Is this a fixed table to display information? Or something that can have inputs?

You can check our "Matrix field" that looks like a table and have inputs.

If you have a static table constructed on HTML, then you can try embedding it on the form using the "Text" area field.

In the "Text" field editor, you can insert a table by clicking the "Table" icon. Or you can also paste an HTML structured table in the source code, that icon that looks like this "<>".

You can also check our widgets page and see if you can find a table that suits your needs. You can check this list: http://widgets.jotform.com/search/table

Let us know if you need more help on this.
