I was out of office and just realized that one of our forms has been deleted. Is there any way to retrieve this?

the form is no longer accessible and I am not seeing it under my forms. 

I have checked the your account and I'm still able to see the form(http://form.jotform.co/form/52566573947874) you are referring to in it. This means that the form was deleted, but it is still within your account under the Trash folder. The form is not purged and you can still restore it back to My Forms.

Please be careful, a form that has been purged can no longer be recovered.
