    Using MySQL application

There appears to still be an problem.

After choosing file, and renaming fields and downloading, I get this error message about api key.

    Not Found

The requested URL /<br /><b>Fatal error</b>: Uncaught exception 'JotFormException' with message 'apiKey is required' in /home/io4mysql/public_html/jotform-api-php/JotForm.php:17Stack trace: was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If I don't rename fields it downloads the file as it should, problem is some fields have the same name so I cannot create a table.

Can you please list the apps that are working that you are referring to?

I tried again the MySQL export and it didn't work. It crashes or stalls when I try to re-code. Then when I don't try to re-code and go straight to output, the app stalls altogether.

Are there other options for getting the Jotform database into an SQL/Access database format?

Our apologies. I was able to reproduce the MySQL Export app error:

I have forwarded this to the assigned developer. We will let you know here as soon as this gets fixed.

As for the other options, through Zapier:

    https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/mysql/4061/add-jotform-submissions-to-mysql/

Or, you can submit the form data to your MySQL directly using Send Post:

I will check out those other options you recommended and hope the issue is resolved for the other one.
