Form fails to deliver image

    JUst added this and am testing it. Sending an email works 100% but it will not deliver images.

    I've cloned your JotForm to my account and see that the upload field is not available in the email notification.

    If you want to add the image to your email, please add the file upload field from the fields list available on the right side.

    You may also try deleting the notification and then add a new notification so that the fields shall be added automatically.
