I can not change the email address that a past employee created

    My former Web Master created this account and used the wrong email. I have access to the one she used but it should have been setup with the following: administration@entertainmentdc.com

    Also, The username should be WEC or bchoper.

    You can change your JotForm account email in your My Accounts Profile page
