Hello! Warm greetings from San Francisco!

I'm relatively new user of JotForm and have some questions on how to fine-tune the form that I created.

    (1)  Can I edit the layout so that the questions span the top width of the answer box, instead of it being located directly to the left?

    (2)  Can I move the "SUBMIT" button so that it is centered along the bottom of the page? I think currently, it's offset and is flushed to the left side of the answer boxes.

Of course, I'm working on a very tight deadline, and am hoping to hear back from you soonest ***today***. Feel free to call me at my cell:  415. 987. 9170 if that will facilitate a quicker solution.

Thanks very much in advance for your support!

You can set the labels to be aligned to the top via the form designer.

You can also set the button to be aligned to the center of your form, from withing the form builder.
