    My account has been downgraded.

    Hi there.  I received a notice from you that my account has been downgraded.  I believe I was on a $9/month plan through Interlogy billing.  I am not certain what is going on with my account so can you please advise?  I don't want to lose any service. I also don't see a $9/plan available so perhaps the email was SPAM?  Please let me know.  Thank you!  Adria  aellerbrock@figure-speech.com.  303.525.0400

    Hello aellerbrock,

    I did check your account and found that your PayPal premium monthly subscription #S-5VS73795YX162173E was cancelled on December 09, 2015. That is the reason why your account was downgraded to free yesterday.

    The reason why you do not see the $9.95 plan is because premium plan is already withdrawn. Can you please check your PayPal account and see if you cancelled the subscription yourself on December 09, 2015.

    Hi there. I received an odd email from jotform a few weeks back and emailed your team but didn’t get a response. I haven’t touched my PalPayl account/didn’t downgrade my account and want to keep the $9.95 plan. Can you please reinstate it?
    I will also look into any issues with PayPal.
    Please let me know as I need to keep this a Premium account.

    So, are you saying you changed the plans and the $9.95 plan is no longer available or was my PayPal account be compromised and my account canceled inadvertently?
    If I re-upgrade using the link below Will I lose my settings/services/forms or will everything remain as-is?

    Yes, we restructured our prices for everyone else on August 15th. However, we can make an exception for you this time, since you have been having the same type of subscription for quite awhile now.

    If you re-upgrade using the link provided, you will not lose anything, everything will be the same, it's just the payment gateway the one that change. Please note that if you decide to cancel this new subscription, and you decide later to acquire a paid subscription, it will be with the new price structure.

    On regards of your Paypal account, contact your Paypal support, because it seems like your subscription was intentionally canceled from your Paypal account.
