    Error generating a fillable pdf form

    Hi,

    I have a problem while developing a form. When i try to generate a fillable pdf, i get an error of that kind :

    <Code>AccessDenied</Code>
    <Message>Access Denied</Message>
    <RequestId>295D138450FAEEC5</RequestId>
    <HostId>G63D12rLFuyAIzF4+Ie1ftrguIeBO5CbwkkMr+C6mjh/50egoHwqeYtuNaYJ4zpiiC2IX2IwVs4=</HostId></Error>

    It happens now systematically. The form is "[TEST PDF DESIGN] Formulaire FR peinture non-sociétaire", accessible at https://form.jotformeu.com/53501605845352

    It worked OK yesterday. I didn't change much meanwhile.

    I made some tests and could replicate the same situation:

    Thanks for acknowledging the problem quickly.

    It appears i'm not the only one facing the problem (i found a few fresh forum threads). In one of these threads, i've read a message from Jotform, stating that the devs were working on a new system for the pdf generation, that should roll out in "a couple of weeks".

    Can i have the assurance that, meanwhile, the "old way" will continue to work, aka start to work again ?

    Sorry for this inconvenience. My colleague already reported this to our back end team. Unfortunately, there is a known issue with big forms. Our team already aware of this problem and are currently reviewing on how this may get fixed.
