Downgrading my plan

I paid for additional submissions for 1 month.  If I down grade today will that take effect immediately or after my month is up?

If you downgrade your subscription plan today it will not take effect immediately. It will schedule the downgrade on the Next billing date (December 24, 2015). It will downgrade after your current paid month is up.

I was in the process of downgrading but the wording says cancel my account. I don’t[ want to cancel the account only the upgraded version. By clicking cancel my account will I lose all of my FREE account settings and forms?

Click cancel will only cancel the subscription.  You will retain your subscription benefits until the end of your paid month.  You will then be automatically downgraded back to a Free account.  You will not lose any data or forms.  It will not cancel your account, only your subscription.
