Are "submissions" on your plans monthly, yearly or ever?

I'm looking at your diferent plans, and considering to upgrade, but i can't seem to figure out if the number of submissions included in the plan is monthly, yearly or "ever"?

The submissions limit is monthly, the counter resets the first of each month regardless your paying cycle. You can visit our pricing page here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
