Auto-update Google Spreadsheet integration when a new field is added to the form.

    I added a few inputs to the Jotform, which was giving me the outputs in an google sheet. But since I added the new outputs. they dont show up in the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is conditioned with some other stuff so I really dont want to start it over. Any suggestions?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to update the integration to show the new fields, the only way is by removing and integrating again.

    I will forward a request to our second level to make the integration auto-update when a fields is added, but I can not assure you this request will be approved, and if it gets approved, there is no estimated time-frame for it's implementation. You should be notified via this thread if there is any progress on this request.

    Is there any update? Or Will integrate it with google sheets again?

    I have manually done the integrations again. so this is no longer needed.

    Hi, so Im still using the same form, however the nature of my form forces me to add new fields a lot, but the google integration does not update with it.

     

    Is there anything that can be done because I am adding fields often?

    Unfortunately, you will have to reintegrate the form with google spreadsheet when you add more fields to your form. However, I did notice that my colleague sent a feature request so that the google spreadsheet integration will auto-update when a new field is added.

    If ever this new feature is implemented, we will inform you on this thread. Cheers.
