I have two forms. The first is "Заявка на поиск персонала". The second is "Резюме кандидата".
I created the 2th form by duplicating t1th and then changing it.
I expect to receive an e-mail 2 different reports with 2 different headlines and content BUT in the second case I get a letter wits headline "Заявка на поиск персонала" (!!!) and fields ... from the first form!
At the same time the system generates a correct report in my account on this site and on GoogleDrive (integrated)
Since you cloned the other JotForm, all the format with conditions and email will be copied to the new form. I've cloned your 2nd form and see that the email subject is having the same as your first form.
You can change the subject line and edit the form fields from the Email setup wizard. You may also delete the existing notification and create a new notification so that the current form fields will be added automatically.
