How do I make the auto response send an email to the buyer?

    I created the auto1responder notification in the setting section but the buyer is not getting a confirmation of the purchase. I want them to receive an email.

    I took a look at your form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/53446757615969 and I see that the email autoresponder is not properly set up.

    The Sender Name should never be left as undefined. This usually suggests error in the setup and will make it very hard for email to be received.

    In regards to the Sender Email field. I see that you are using the verified sender as the sending email. This can be picked up by anti-spam systems as spam so I would suggest to either use SMTP account or send your emails from noreply@jotform.com.

    Even if the email is sent from noreply@jotform.com people will still see your own email when they click on reply and will reply back to you.

    Once you make these changes, your emails should be received by everyone.
