I am a therapist and would like to use jotforms with my therapysites.com website for intake and mental health history forms. Jotforms was recommended to me by therapysites. However, I am concerned about the confidentiality of client submissions. What are the legalities of HIPPA compliance using these forms? Thanks, Lexie

Be careful using encrypted forms though, if you lose your encryption key, there is no way to recover the submissions.
