I am a therapist and would like to use jotforms with my therapysites.com website for intake and mental health history forms. Jotforms was recommended to me by therapysites. However, I am concerned about the confidentiality of client submissions. What are the legalities of HIPPA compliance using these forms? Thanks, Lexie

There is quite a bit of information in the following thread regarding using your forms in a HIPAA compliant manner:
You can also encrypt your submissions for even more security:
Be careful using encrypted forms though, if you lose your encryption key, there is no way to recover the submissions.
