    Hi Team,

    Form link : https://form.jotform.com/53291438499165

    When I integrate google drive for responses the file and folder name have "Array" word included between name and date of birth. Why does it come?

    Also I need the filename to be as follows

    {lastname} {firstname} {date of birth in month/day/year formatonth/day/year.month/day/year. month/day/year.month/day/year.m}

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks,

    Praveen N

    I can replicate this using the cloned version of your form and a new form. This is because of the DateTime field that is used as one of the folders in the integration.

    I have forwarded this to our developers. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread. For now, you may consider using another field in the integration, such as the email address.

    Hi,

    When will this issue be fixed? Do I have an alternative date field or widget to use for this issue.

    Thanks,

    Praveen N
